The Role

As a Strip Fitter / MET Technician, you'll play a key role in the repair process, ensuring vehicles are stripped, repaired and rebuilt to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Stripping and refitting vehicle components safely and efficiently
*Removing and refitting trims, bumpers, lights, panels and mechanical components
*Preparing vehicles for the paint process
*Identifying damaged components requiring repair or replacement
*Working closely with Paint, Panel and Quality Control teams
*Maintaining exceptional standards while working efficiently to agreed timescales

About You

We're looking for candidates who have:

*Previous experience as a Strip Fitter, MET Technician, Vehicle Trimmer or Bodyshop Technician
*Experience within an accident repair centre, bodyshop or vehicle preparation centre
*Skilled or semi-skilled technicians are encouraged to apply
*Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
*A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
