Civils Estimator
Job Title: Civils Estimator (Remediation / Minor Civils)
Location: Central London (Head Office)
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
Role Summary
An Estimator is required to join a growing contractor delivering remediation and minor civils works across Central London. The role will be office-based, supporting the pre-construction team in pricing, tendering, and securing projects across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for remediation and minor civils projects
* Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
* Carry out take-offs and produce BOQs
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
* Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
* Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
* Work closely with project and commercial teams during handover
Requirements
* Experience working as an Estimator within civils, remediation, or similar sectors
* Strong understanding of tendering and pricing processes
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Experience with take-offs and BOQs
* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Strong communication and organisational skills
Qualifications
* Relevant construction or engineering qualification (preferred but not essential)
