Role Summary

An Electrical Estimator is required to join a growing and well-established electrical contractor delivering fit-out, construction, and NHS projects across the South East.

This role would suit either an experienced Electrical Estimator or a qualified electrician looking to progress off the tools into a pre-construction/estimating position.

The successful candidate will be office-based in Westerham with occasional client and site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare electrical estimates and tender submissions
* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Produce take-offs and pricing for labour, materials, and subcontractors
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
* Attend client meetings and occasional site visits
* Assist with value engineering opportunities
* Work closely with operational and commercial teams
* Support projects from enquiry through to handover

Requirements

* Qualified electrician background preferred
* Previous estimating experience beneficial but not essential
* Strong understanding of electrical installations
* Experience within fit-out, commercial, construction, or NHS environments preferred
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Full UK driving licence
