The Role

We're working with a well-established M&E contractor delivering commercial and industrial design & build projects, including high-profile work within the film and TV sector.

They're looking to bring in an Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects from concept through to completion. This is a client-facing role managing programmes, budgets, and site teams across multiple projects.

You'll be supported by senior leadership with clear progression and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage electrical projects from concept to completion
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
* Prepare project plans, RAMS, and H&S documentation
* Manage project budgets, cost control, and forecasting
* Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Lead and support site teams and engineers
* Monitor progress and report to senior management
* Identify risks/issues and implement solutions
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements

* Strong background in commercial / industrial electrical projects
* Experience managing projects within M&E or building services
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, BoQs, and schematics
* Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence

Essential

* ECS Gold Card (18th Edition)
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Desirable

* Experience with tender submissions / PQQs
* Background in electrical control systems
* Ambitious, career-driven mindset with willingness to learn
