39 Hours per Week - Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 15:45

Engineering Manager required for a leading manufacturing company whose name is synonymous with quality and innovation. This is great opportunity to join a people focussed company in an integral role during an exciting time as the company look to expand their product range, a project this role will play a key part of.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on mechanical engineering background with experience of CNC machinery (including operation and maintenance) as well as general factory maintenance.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations on site to make sure production machinery, facilities and mechanical systems run effectively. This is a largely hands on role and will also help oversee a small engineering team and drive continuous improvements.

The Engineering Manager Role:

· Operate and oversee various machines including CNCs
· Oversee maintenance of machinery and facilities
· Develop best practices in engineering to enhance performance
· Hands on leadership
· Support projects for new product development

The Engineering Manager Candidate:

· Mechanical engineering background
· Ability to operate and maintain factory machinery
· Understanding of CNC machinery
