The Opportunity

We're working with a leading specialist façade contractor who are growing fast and picking up major projects across London and the South East.

They're looking for a Facades Estimator to join their pre-construction team, working on a mix of EWI, recladding, refurbishment, and new build schemes.

If you've got experience pricing façade packages and want to be part of a business with a strong pipeline and clear progression - this is worth a chat.

What You'll Be Doing

*

Preparing tenders, cost plans, and BOQs
*

Taking off quantities from drawings and technical specs
*

Pricing façade packages (cladding, EWI, recladding, etc.)
*

Sourcing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotes
*

Supporting bid submissions alongside senior estimators
*

Liaising with design teams, architects, and consultants
*

Raising RFIs and resolving technical queries
*

Attending site visits to support accurate pricing
*

Producing value engineering options and cost-saving solutions
*

Identifying commercial risks within tenders

What They're Looking For

*

Experience in estimating or commercial support within construction
*

Background in façades, cladding, or EWI projects
*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*

Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
*

Confident working in a fast-paced tender environment

Nice to Have

*

Experience on both main contractor and subcontract tenders
*

Understanding of construction contracts and procurement
*

Experience with estimating or pricing software
