Key Objectives

The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing essential support to various departments. Your contribution will help maintain a productive and welcoming workplace that enables our teams to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to documents.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing workstations and assisting new hires with initial paperwork.
  • Collaborate with facilities management to ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as required.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an office support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
