What You'll Be Doing:

* Polishing freshly painted vehicles to a high standard
* Identifying and removing defects such as paint runs, silicon contamination, and minor imperfections
* Carrying out flatting and polishing using handheld tools with confidence and precision
* Working collaboratively within a high-performing team in a state-of-the-art Bodyshop

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in a high-volume Bodyshop or refurbishment centre
* Strong knowledge of rectification and polishing techniques, tools, and materials
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Reliable, consistent, and able to work efficiently under pressure
