Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Overview:
On behalf of a well-established M&E and construction contractor based in Lincolnshire, we're looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors looking to join a growing business delivering design & build projects across the UK.

Operating across sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, public sector and residential, the company delivers projects from concept through to completion, with values ranging from £10k to £10m.

You'll join a collaborative commercial team and play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects, working closely with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project costs from tender stage through to final account
*

Prepare and review subcontractor packages and procurement processes
*

Produce valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts
*

Manage variations and commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors
*

Support project teams to ensure budgets are controlled and commercial risks are managed
*

Work across both M&E and general construction packages

Requirements:

*

Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
*

Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor role
*

Experience working within construction or M&E environments
*

Good commercial awareness and contract understanding
*

Strong IT, communication and organisational skills
