Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join their successful Oxford dealership team. The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer journey is smooth, efficient, and professional.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming customers and delivering a first-class front-of-house experience
* Keeping customers fully informed throughout the service and repair process
* Managing bookings, follow-ups, and customer communications proactively
* Advising on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service plans
* Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
* Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and attention to detail
* Working closely with technicians and the wider aftersales team to ensure seamless vehicle handovers and collections
About You
We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience within the automotive industry or a strong customer service background
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
* A calm, professional approach under pressure
* Confidence using internal systems and updating customers regularly
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
