Our client, a market-leading independent used car superstore, is looking for a Sales Controller to play a key role in driving deals, supporting the team, and maximising profitability through second-facing and closing.
This is not a traditional management role - it's a hands-on, senior sales position for someone who thrives on working with customers, structuring deals, and getting them over the line.

Your Role
* Act as the second face to help convert customers and close deals
* Support Sales Executives in structuring stronger, more profitable deals
* Maximise finance, add-ons, and overall deal value
* Work closely with customers to deliver a seamless buying experience
* Keep energy and momentum high across the showroom floor
* Ensure deals are processed accurately and compliantly
* Lead by example through strong personal performance and deal conversion
What We're Looking For
* Proven success as a Sales Executive within a car supermarket or high-volume dealership
* A natural closer who enjoys working deals and influencing outcomes
* Strong understanding of finance, add-ons, and deal structure
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused
* Target-driven with a hunger to maximise earnings
* Ready to step into a more senior, influential sales role
Working Pattern
* 4-5 long days per week
* Weekend work on a rota basis
Package
* £42,000 Basic Salary
* Uncapped OTE (realistic and achievable)
